My name is Mike O’Brien, and I am the Owner and Head Coach of Golden Gloves Kickboxing & Fitness Academy, located in Listowel Business Park, beside Manor West Hotel & Leisure Club.
With a strong background in kickboxing, combat sports, and functional fitness, I specialize in helping clients build strength, confidence, discipline, and real-world fitness. My coaching approach combines technical kickboxing skills with structured strength and conditioning, ensuring safe, effective, and goal-oriented training for all levels.
At Golden Gloves, I work with beginners, advanced athletes, and competitive fighters, as well as clients who simply want to improve their fitness, lose weight, and feel stronger both physically and mentally.
